Event #7 ($300 Seniors) - Bubble Bursts, Now In the Money

A players wishing to be known simply as "E" in the six seat is all in for a single ante

The big blind, a player known as "E," is all in from the big blind for a single ante. A player in middle position limps, as does the cutoff, the button, and the small blind.

The flop comes AK6. The small blind checks, the original limper shoves all in for around 30,000 in middle position, and all players fold except for E.

The middle position players turns over AQ and E says, "Ace," as he turns over the A♣. He then turns over the 10♠ and is surprised to see the decent size kicker, although it's not enough to take the pot yet.

The 4♠ turn does not change the hand, and the J♣ river means the elimination of E, leaving the rest of the players in the money, and all guaranteed at least $725.

This is a scheduled color up break where all of the pink 500 denomination chips will be taken out of play.  A unique situation has occurred where a player known as "E" has only a single 500 chip left.  The floor explains to the players in the field that have questioned this situation that a player can not be eliminated due to a color up, so the player will return to a single 1,000 chip. 

Upon hearing the news the player says, "I haven't done anything in an hour, and now I double up."  A few players giggle and they head out on break.

The flop comes Q10♣8♣. The big blind checks, Swears bets 20,000, and only the cutoff calls.

The turn is the 2. This time Swears bets 35,000, and the cutoff goes deep into the tank. Over four full minutes pass before the cutoff mucks 99♠ face up. Swears shows the Q♠ and mucks he other card face down.

"Oooo, this is a good scenario," Heinzmann says, but he only maintains the lead until the flop comes 7♠4♠3♠ giving his opponent a flush.

Not far behind Lavoie is Foxwoods regular Raj Patel.  Patel has over $1.8 million in live earnings, and his biggest score occured right here at Foxwoods back in 2007 when he took down the WPT $10,000 NLH Championship and scored himself $1,298,405.
