Day 2 play has concluded in Event #2, the $580 No-Limit Hold'em
Re-Entry event. About an hour into the day the money bubble burst,
leaving the final 135 players in the money and guaranteed at least
$1,009. The unofficial final table of ten was reached in the third to
last level of the night, and it was Jean-Philip Maltais that had the
chip lead heading into the home stretch. After three levels, the field
was reduced to the final seven players. Those seven players will return tomorrow (Monday August 21st) at 12:00
p.m. to play down to a winner. Play will resume at level 30, with
40,000/80,000 blinds, and a 10,000 ante.
