The Day 1B Event 2 field is filling up fast and we are already approaching 100 entries. Two players who are already in their seats are fresh off of the Event 1 final table and they are sharing the felt.
There were 128 entries in Event 1 the $300 NLH Double Stack and Linda Swears and Barry Weprin both made the final table.
Swears grinded her short stack to a 9th place finish to take home $906 and get her series off to a great start.
Weprin won a monster pot to eliminate Evan Banks in 5th and the final four players agreed to an adjusted payout deal. Weprin was declared the runner up and each of the final four players earned $5,222 for their efforts.
